I have been in the Healing Arts for over 40 years. My start was in nursing with a primary focus of wellness. After working as a nurse, I went to massage school. This opened the door for 15 years of working as a massage therapist, polarity practitioner and massage/polarity instructor in Colorado and New Mexico. During this time, I enjoyed working with clients to help them with stress management, self-awareness, body awareness, and self-healing.

I was introduced to Transcendental meditation in my 20’s. Since then I have studied and had the opportunity to experience a variety of different styles of meditation. Meditation is an important part of each of my days. Sharing the benefits of meditation with others and creating a space for others to practice is a lifelong goal.

I have always been interested in spirituality and studying yoga brought all of my life experience together. I completed my Yoga teacher training in May of 2019 at Blossom Yoga Studio and am excited about starting my next life chapter as a yoga teacher.

“My yoga teaching philosophy is to share the benefits of yoga with everyone regardless of experience, age or ability. I intend to help students use props and support so that each yoga pose adapts to them. My goal is to help students look within themselves for the inspiration they need.”
